Information we use

Account contact details, hotel details, approved hotel information, internal guest requests, room references, staff notes and connection requests are used to provide and support the workspace. Record only guest details needed for support; do not enter passports, payment card details, passwords, access codes or sensitive health information.

Processing and service providers

We use information to provide the requested service, maintain account security and meet applicable legal obligations. Supabase provides authentication and data storage; Vercel provides hosting. The current workspace does not send requests to an AI provider or automatically to FIXFIX. Clicking an external service takes you to its separate site and privacy policy.

Retention and rights

Information is retained as needed for the service, support, security and applicable record keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may contact the relevant supervisory authority about a privacy concern.

Cookies and international processing

Necessary authentication cookies keep you signed in. This version does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Service providers may process data outside your country; applicable contractual safeguards and provider arrangements must be reviewed before enabling live guest channels in a new jurisdiction.
