Guest support for hotel teams

HOTELTRUST brings hotel information, internal guest requests and team handoffs together. The current pilot provides hotel profiles, a knowledge library, request tracking and manual previews of approved answers in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Hebrew.

AI generation and live delivery to guests require separate configuration, authorisation and verification. Integration requests do not activate a provider or promise a formal partnership.

The previous room exchange programme is no longer offered through this site. Previously recorded account and transaction data is retained for administrative records.
